[Meatloaf] Birthday

I feel that Hale was kind of a rock for our little social group.  I miss
him and will continue to miss him.  I'll be at OO tomorrow to raise an
espresso in grateful memory and pray that Hale's spirit is somewhere
hanging with the band ... Pigpen, Jerry, Brent and the others.
