Kind of marketingy - non-technical.  Interesting off-topic discussion of
reading the EM signature of a cell phone as it boots and being able to
compare the signature of a "known good" device to another one and determine
if something has changed the boot.

No discussion on how to construct an EMP device.  Darnit.
