They're in reverse time order ... oldest first.

When I went to the end of our cul-de-sac looking north, I could see a faint pinkish tint.�� Remembering the advice I heard after the last event a month or 2 ago, I used my phone camera on "night mode" to view the sky, then take these.�� The color faded out after several minutes.�� I was being paged, so I could stay longer.

A strong Solar-Wind Storm indeed.�� I have been following Solar-Flare emission storms for 15 years, and this is the MOST INTENSE one that I've ever seen.
There has not been a G4 scale storm since 2005 <https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/news/swpc-issues-its-first-g4-watch-2005> , Except for one this past May which may have even reached the G5 level.��


Note: there are 3 solar storm factors and scales <https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/noaa-scales-explanation> : X-ray (R1-R5), Protons (S1-S5), and Terrestrial Geomagnetic "disturbances" which involve kilovolt differentials between the North and South poles of Earth's geomagnetic field. The Gn scale is linear, but the Rn and Sn scales are Log-10.

The Aurora Borealis should be visible from Colorado tonight.
