( But probably not. They seem to be quite good at continuous rapid
prototyping with constant design changes to improve performance and
reliability. )
Also, Space-X is NOT a publicly traded company, and thus they have no
incentive to *"cut costs to boost the stock price". *
Too bad the rest of American corporations don't operate the same way.
