Folks --

Yes this email is "political", but in a limited sense. It provides useful
pro/con information to aid in deciding how to vote on Statewide Ballot
Measures.

Do I agree with all of Applebaum's reasons? No. Many of them are simply
stock liberal opinions. (Note I am independant who does not simply "side
with" the political Left or Right.) BUT many represent reasoned thoughts
from someone who is a long-term insider that understands the effect these
amendments could have on our governmental system. Read his opinions, but
make your own decisions.

PS: Regarding our governmental system and the folks who run it, all I can
say is "God Help Us All."

See attached. I've known Matt for some years now and generally find his
insider takes informed and reasonable. We don't agree on everything, but
his letter's have long been helpful for me to vote, so I'm passing it on.
