Note that under Colorado law, these documents must be witnessed by
two unrelated individuals and signed before a notary for them to be
considered valid.
I have uploaded to Google Drive the document execution procedures I
received from my lawyer when Laurie and I did all of this. I have
attempted to mark the document as retrievable by anyone. Here is
