[Meatloaf] An Electromagnetic Vortex Cannon

I fear that research on this unusual "Electromagnetic Vortex Ring" (EVR)
will be kept clandestine, both by corporate and military tech-research
groups.
The potential applications are currently unknown, but if the "analogous
smoke ring" behavior pans out, this effect could be used for a highly
advanced  EMP weapon that fires a directionally aim-able EVR pulse, similar
to a physical projectile.  A Photon-Torpedo?

Hence, "for reasons of national security, your research has been declared
classified."

As all my Jersey friends will understand, "Hey - I'm just sayin'."
