[Meatloaf] Anyone know/recommend a handyman for simple deck work?

My friend Karen had her wood deck demollished/removed and replaced with
Trex deck.  This was done by a very qualified contractor.  The Trex planks
have grooves in the sides that run the full length of the plank.  There are
clips that attach to the joists and they fit into the grooves to accomodate
expansion/contraction.  Trex is not dimensionally stable.  A 10 foot plank
expands and contracts a quarter imch.  This makes joints a bit of a
challenge.  It DOES get quite hot in the summer.
