[Meatloaf] Hale Landis

Very sad to say that Hale Landis passed away this morning in the
Netherlands where he was traveling with Connie and my cousin.  Cause was
suspected pulmonary embolism.

Connie will return to the US Thursday, 10/3 or earlier.  Bob Racier will
pick her up.  Services TBD.
