I'm saddled about his.   Connie you have my deepest sympathies.

I usually stay up until 4 AM and Hale and I usually had emails at that time.

He sent me one @ 3 AM MDT (11 AM CEST)

    Just finished breakfast awhile ago. Girls and Luna are out on a walk
    in the forest. I'm relaxing at house. I've been feeling less than
    100% here. Can't pin it down to one thing. But it could be all the
    healthy sea air ... ? I think it started last weekend when I got
    dehydrated.  Not sick but short of breath walking any distance.
